By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using WTF $1 (the "Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy and AML / KYC Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available to persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, or to residents of restricted territories we designate from time to time. It is your responsibility to comply with your local laws.
You may hold only one account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are duplicated, provide false information, are used fraudulently, or that we reasonably believe breach these Terms. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Your balance is denominated in USDT (1 USDT = US$1). Deposits are made in supported cryptocurrencies through our third-party payment processor and credited once the network confirms payment. Balances are not bank deposits, earn no interest, and are not insured. Withdrawals are paid in USDT to a valid address you control, subject to minimum amounts, verification, and anti-fraud / anti-money-laundering checks. Network fees may apply. We may withhold or reverse funds credited in error, or where we suspect fraud, collusion, or a breach of these Terms.
Dice outcomes are generated using a provably-fair scheme — HMAC(server_seed, client_seed:nonce) — and can be independently verified. Jackpot draws are committed by a published seed hash and can be recomputed after each round on the History page. Full mechanics are described on How it works. In the event of an obvious error, malfunction, or manipulation affecting a game or payout, we reserve the right to void the affected bets and winnings.
Wheel spins, streak rewards, referral credits and other promotions are discretionary and may carry wagering requirements (for example, a 1× turnover requirement before withdrawal) and other conditions. We may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonuses — including bonus-only play, collusion, or multiple accounts — may result in forfeiture of bonuses and related winnings.
You agree not to: use the Service if under 18 or where prohibited; use another person's payment method or identity; use bots, scripts, or exploit bugs; launder money or fund illegal activity; or attempt to interfere with the integrity or security of the Service. We may investigate and report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
Gambling involves risk and should be entertainment, not a way to make money. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. Tools and guidance — including self-exclusion — are described in our Responsible Gaming policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your use of the Service, network delays, forks, wallet errors, or price volatility of cryptocurrencies. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the balance held in your account.
We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access to it, at any time where reasonably necessary. On termination, verified withdrawable balances (net of any amounts we are entitled to withhold) will be returned to you.
